How It Works

Email Analysis

The add-in reads the current email's content, including the subject, body, sender information, and any attachments. It processes PDF files, images, and other document types.

AI Processing

Advanced AI models analyze the email content to identify and extract structured purchase order data, including customer information, shipping details, item descriptions, quantities, and dates.

Data Validation

Extracted data is presented with a progressive reveal animation. You can review each field, make edits if necessary, and validate the accuracy before submission.

WMS Submission

Once validated, the purchase order data is formatted and submitted directly to your warehouse management system, eliminating manual data entry.

Troubleshooting

Add-in Won't Load

Ensure you're using a supported version of Outlook and that you have an active internet connection. Try refreshing the add-in or restarting Outlook.

No Data Extracted

The email might not contain recognizable purchase order information. Try with emails that have clear PO numbers, customer details, and item information.

Incorrect Extraction

Use the edit mode to correct any inaccurate data before submitting to WMS. The AI learns from corrections to improve future extractions.

Authentication Issues

If you're prompted to sign in repeatedly, check your Microsoft 365 account status and ensure the add-in has proper permissions.
