Terms of Service

By accessing or using Rilix (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Rilix is an AI-powered assistant that helps 3PLs and others run logistics backoffice operations more efficiently. It automates daily tasks like ingesting orders, drafting to customers and reflecting incoming updates into appropriate systems of records, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The Service includes:

• AI-powered extraction of order information from emails and attachments
• Integration with email providers (Microsoft Outlook, Gmail)
• Submission of extracted information into third-party systems of records (including WMS)
• A web-based dashboard for reviewing and managing the AI agent's work

To use the Service, you must create an account and authenticate through a supported identity provider. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account and using the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
• Resell access to the Service without our written consent

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You retain ownership of all information you provide to the Service, including email content and attachments. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We may use anonymized and aggregated usage data to improve our AI models and service quality. This data will not be used to identify you or your business.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Microsoft, Google, and systems of records (such as WMS). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You acknowledge that third-party services may change or become unavailable, which could affect the functionality of the Service.

The Service, including its design, features, AI models, and underlying technology, is owned by Rilix, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its technology.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-suggested actions will be 100% accurate in all cases
• The Service will meet all of your specific business requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rilix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
